Because I really don't give myself enough to do....
I recently read an HuffPost article about a woman who was encouraging other moms to be IN the picture with their kids - even if they are looking fat and ugly. Later, their kids will want those pictures and it will mean so much to them. It really touched me, as I am always on the hunt for pix of my Mom since she passed.
THEN, today I found this on the blog of a friend I recently made - Mommy and Me Monday. You take a picture with your kiddos every Monday and she offers a link up option. LOVE IT. Encouragement and accountability.
That was enough for me. I'm on board. We started this evening. And I already hate posting these, as I look RUFF RUFF. But that is always the case for us moms, huh?
I really encourage other moms to give this a try!
