• On last day of month plant snap beans, corn, squash
• Spray crepe myrtle with Orthene to control aphids - add a band around trunk equal to trunks diameter
• Plant snap, pole, and lima beans, cantalope, sweet corn, cucumber, eggplant, okra, field peas, peppers, squash, tomoatoes and watermelon
• Mid month, plant gladiolus, canna and caladium
• Feed houseplants with fertilizer
• Spray azelea with insect. soap
• Slowly move houseplants outside
• Move veggie seedlings outside
• Plant dahlias and elephant ears
• Plant tender herbs
• Look for aphids  clustered at tips of crepe myrtle and blast with water
• Plant seeds for marigolds, cosmos, zinnia and celosia
• Apply weedkiller to kudzu
• Hand prune artemisia time to time
• Divide sedum every 4 years
• Cut damaged leaves off lamb's ear
• Divide lamb's ear every 4-5 years
